Vacant , ready to complete. This site specific promenade theatre piece was inspired by discovering a local house in St Leonard's On sea, that opened up its doors to artists to exhibit. The owners generously allowed myself and the director to propose a production with a talented team of actors, set designer and sound designer to create a unique theatre experience. I started to write the script with the idea of selling the house and taking the 'prospective buyers' on an open house tour; with a dark tale unravelling on route. I was lucky to find a real story that had connections to Hastings and was too good to be true, involving murder, deceit, historical references and what really swung it, MUSICAL SHAVES!

The success of the production has meant a sell out run and two extra performances scheduled for late night tours.
